Terrified by a bully, Chester Raccoon does not want to go to school. After his mother tells a story extolling cooperation. a group of friends get together and approach the bully who realizes he can't terrorize a huge group. But instead of attacking him the group asks him to play ball with them. In an overly short, highly optimistic ending the bully softens and never bullies anyone again.
