What we are doing at Chemung Valley Montessori School, NY!

I have a dream... Primary students at Chemung Valley Montessori School studied about skin color and then made self-portraits. They read the books Martin Luther King Day, Little Blue and Little Yellow, and The Skin that You Live In. Inspired by Martin Luther King, each student wrote their dream for world peace.

This student wrote:

I have a dream...that no one shall starve or beg. I have a dream that war will end. I have a dream that peace will rise.
